The Why’s

Simply put, my mower broke after having made a single pass in my front yard…..on a Friday night….. The replacement part would not arrive until the next Thursday. We immediately called our previous lawn guy to see if he could “fit us in” and he said he could get to us on Tuesday…. The aha moment came right then….
